Why prevention has to be a loop

A wearable gives you data. A lab gives you a report. A clinic gives you a visit. None of them tells you if it worked.

Most health tools stop at the number. You get a score, a PDF or a session, and the next step is left to you.

Prevention works differently. You measure, you understand what the numbers mean together, you act with someone qualified, and then you measure again to see what moved.

The last step matters most. Without it, you can’t tell a plan that’s working from one that isn’t. Each turn of the loop makes the next one more personal, because it starts from what actually happened to you.
