Why on-device matters

Private by architecture
A policy can change. Where the model runs can’t. Your question and answer stay on the device.
Fast
No round trip to a data centre for everyday questions.
Grounded
A model built to narrate your record, not to chat about anything.
No telemetry
On-device Sinc runs with telemetry switched off.

Four layers

  1. Telomy engines

Trained models and published equations do the calculating: ages, scores, ratios and projections. Deterministic, and repeatable.

  2. Telomy LLX

Our own small language model, built for health records. It runs on your phone and explains what the engines found.

  3. Number check

Every figure in an answer must already exist in your record. If one doesn’t, the answer is thrown away.

  4. Sinc

The companion you talk to, by text or voice, in Hindi and many Indian languages.

Why your health AI should run on your phone

Your ApoB of 112 mg/dL sits above the range linked with lower cardiovascular risk. Lowering it usually starts with diet, then a conversation about medication with your doctor.

Questions

What is Telomy LLX?

LLX is Telomy’s own small language model. It’s built to explain health records on your phone, using facts from Telomy’s engines.

Where does my question go?

Everyday questions are answered on your phone. Your question and Sinc’s answer stay there.

What about harder questions?

Deep Research uses a larger model. Telomy asks you first, sends only what you choose, and never uses it for training.

What does number-checked mean?

Every number in an answer is compared with your record. If a figure isn’t there, the answer is discarded.

Does Telomy train AI on my data?

Never on your identifiable data without your consent.

Is Sinc a doctor?

No. Sinc explains your record. Your doctor makes medical decisions, and in an emergency you should call for urgent care.

Which languages does it speak?

Sinc voice understands Hindi and many Indian languages.
